I am a collector of action figures and their accessories for over twenty years. I collect and sell Sci-Fi, Cartoon, and Superhero collectibles, including action figures from Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, Marvel, DC, Family Guy, Simpsons, and more. All of my items are sold in new, unopened packaging, unless specified in the listing or shown in the photo.

Auction Terms

Shipping and Handling:

  • Shipping and handling can be combined for auctions ending within 10 (ten) days of earliest to latest.
  • Payment is due within 10 (ten) calendar days.
  • I PREFER Paypal and only ship to the confirmed address.
  • For MONEY ORDERS: Due to the potential for fraud, I will NOT ship until payments have cleared and been verified as legitimate. This may take up to 30 days, but as I was burned by a fraudulent money order, my bank has implemented this policy and recommended using Paypal.
  • Shipping, handling and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. This is standard industry policy.
  • We recommend buying the shipping insurance on all items because if something should happen during shipment, you can file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed.
  • I have never had an item returned as I inspect them prior to shipping. If an item breaks during shipping, it is your responsibility to buy the insurance and file your claim with the shipping company/post office that delivered the item.

Feedback:

  • We leave positive feedback for buyers who complete transactions within 10 days (14 with good communication). We consider it an honor to do this for you if you will do us the honor when you have received the item and tried it out. If you have a problem, please contact us to resolve it before leaving feedback. We try hard to find a mutually acceptable solution.

Other Terms:

  • If you have any questions, please feel free to email us before bidding.
  • Winning bidder should contact me within 3 days of end-of-auction and please include or forward the End-of-Auction notice from Ebay or use the Paypal automated notice.
  • We will accept winning bids from those with no negative feedback in the past 6 months and an overall positive rating. (New bidders are welcome, but please email us before bidding).
  • Please bid only if you are serious about buying this item. We report deadbeat bidders.
  • To earn positive feedback, please contact us within 3 calendar days from the end-of-auction time and complete the transaction within 10 days. Per Ebay terms, your bid is a binding contract upon which you will be held accountable.
  • Communication is important to us, so if you have a problem during the transaction, and you contact us, we will try to accommodate you. This is a case-by-case situation.
