- Payment Info:
- We accept Paypal (preferred),, Money order, or
Cashier's check.
(Sorry no personal checks or COD's)
- Item will ship within 3 business days after payment received.
- Item will be shipped by UPS services, or USPS Priority Mail.
- Winning bidder pays shipping & handling (and insurance valued
at winning bid amount)..
- International bidders welcome, but we can only ship to
U.S. or Canadian addresses.
- We will advise winner of shipping/handling fees. All money is
in US dollars.
- Warranty Info:
- Most items we sell have a Satisfaction Guarantee claim
period of 30 days from receipt of the item. If
a manufacturer's warranty card/info is included (usually with
our "New In Box" aka NIB items), you should fill out
the card and send it in to register your item with the manufacturer.
This activates your warranty coverage.
- If your item is found to be defective after the 30-day warranty
period, you will need to contact the manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
- Jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

- "As-is" items are guaranteed to not be Dead-On-Arrival.
If an item is DOA, you have 5 calendar days to contact me by email
and the item must be postmarked within 5 days of our reply to
your email.
- Our warranty is for replacement with like item only. Refunds
will be given only if item is out of stock.
- Shipping, handling and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
This is standard industry policy.
- Items returned that are deemed not defective may be assessed
a 20% restocking fee.
- We recommend the shipping insurance on fragile items
because if something should happen during shipment, you can file
a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed.
- Gift Items:
If the item is listed with gift options:
- We can have your item gift wrapped for an additional $5.
- We can always ship the item directly to the
gift recipient (with or without gift options) at regular shipping
rates Additional fees apply if by express services.
- Special note can be added to the shipping label an no addition
fee.
- Feedback:
- We leave positive feedback for buyers who complete transactions
within 10 days (14 with good communication). We consider it an
honor to do this for you if you will do us the honor when you
have received the item and tried it out. If you have a problem,
please contact us to resolve it before leaving feedback.
We try hard to find a mutually acceptable solution.
- Other Terms:
- If you have any questions, please feel free to email us before
bidding.
- Winning bidder should contact me within 3 days of end-of-auction
and please include or forward the End-of-Auction notice from Ebay
or use the Paypal automated notice.
- We will accept winning bids from those with no negative feedback
in the past 6 months and an overall positive rating.
(New bidders are welcome, but please email us before bidding).
- Please bid only if you are serious about buying this
item. We report deadbeat bidders.
- To earn positive feedback, please contact us within 3 calendar
days from the end-of-auction time and complete the transaction
within 10 days. Per Ebay terms, your bid is a binding contract
upon which you will be held accountable.
